Fluffy Poori

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Rest Time : 10 minutes
Serves: 3

Ingredients :

Wheat Flour/ Atta / Godhuma Pindi : 2 Cups
Sooji/ Bomabi ravva : 2 tbsp
Warm milk : 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil : 1 tsp
Water as needed

Method

Mix all the ingredients well and rest it for 10 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Take out the dough and make small 6 inch rounds.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and to test the oil if it's hot enough, put a tiny piece of dough and it should float to the top. 
Now you can start frying your poories.
